✨🎉 7th Street GLOW was a night to remember! 🎉✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us on October 16th at @theblocla and made the evening unforgettable! From live screen-printing by @soldoutsociety to the custom tote bags designed by @d.rection and @greggytats , our first 200 guests took home a unique piece of DTLA creativity. 🛍️💥

The energy was electric with the silent disco featuring DJ Monq Lisa and DJ Ynot 🎧💃, while the Top Shelf Brass Band kept the vibes high all night long. 🎺🎶

“Unconditional love 💕 My mom recently came to visit me, it was her first time in LA since like 2018. When I asked her what she wanted to do her response was “I just want to see and experience your world. I want to do all the things you usually do... go to a museum, eat good food, experience new things, see your art in the city, and meet your friends lol!” and that’s exactly what we did 🥰

One big thing I took away from her visit is that sometimes I get so caught up in the things and experiences I don’t have, that I don’t always TRULY realize how blessed I am for the experiences I do have. I really have a parent on this earth that loves me UNCONDITIONALLY! Like, I could rob a bank and she’ll stand by me 😂 you can’t trade that for anything and I’m so grateful. 🫶🏾

Thank you to my friends that hung out with us during her time here... she told me she feels more at ease seeing that I have community and friends that truly have my back. ✨ Ps: if she invited you to Alabama, her birthday celebration in Vegas next year🫠, or said she’ll send you prayers...she meant it lmaoooo.

Bask in the glow of 7th Street Restaurant Row, with a special lighting ceremony celebrating the installation of cafe lights in 29 trees along 7th Street, between Figueroa Street and Hill Street. A brief ceremony will take place at @theblocla at 6:30pm. Then, make your way over to FIGat7th for the free 7th Street GLOW: Silent Disco.
